Creamed Honey 500g

Do you remember enjoying the sweet, decadent taste of creamed honey when you were a child? What a treat! And now you can enjoy creamed honey again.

Delicious on toast and sandwiches, our creamed honey is all natural, smooth, velvety and just so different to our regular honey. That’s because we craft it just so. 

We start with a ‘starter culture’, a honey that has already naturally candied, we then introduce that starter to one of our delicious Australian bush honey harvests and whip it, whip it good. The physical stirring of the honey and the aeration leads to the honey crystals becoming smooth, soft and beautifully creamy. We then hold the creamed honey at a certain cool temperature so it ‘sets’.

And now you’re set! Set to enjoy one of nature’s all natural (with just a bit of stirring by us humans) marvels – creamed honey.
